If you get the above error when you try to reset your password, it is due to:
1. You are trying to reset your password before finishing setting up your account.
- You will need to login to your account at least once with the password provided in the "IT Notification" email to finish setting up the account.
Please note: This password is quite long and random, so carefully type it in to avoid misspelling.
Once you do that you should be able to reset the password to something more rememberable.
