If you have received a notification to update your profile on Natural HR but you still haven't received any credentials, that could be because of the following:
1. You have missed the email containing your credentials.
- The email containing your credentials should come from "IT Notifications"
- Search for an email from this sender in your personal mailbox.
2. The email went into your spam/junk folder
3. Check your deleted Items folder in your personal email.
4. You have just/recently signed your contract
- Usually it takes 2–3 working days after you send back your signed contact to HR for them to process it.
Until then, the automation process will not issue you with an account and password.
- If it has been more than 5 working days since you sent back your contact and you still haven't gotten the credentials, contact the People team at peopleteam@ascenti.co.uk to confirm if it has been processed on their side.
