How to search VM's on ipScape

To search VM's on ipScape follow the below guide.

1. Login to ipScape " Workspace" ascenti.ipscapecc.com/workspace/login
2. Go to Management -> Voicemails

3. Open the advance search option and fill out the required search fields and click on "Search"

4. Make sure nothing is selected from the "Sort" sections unless you need those in particular. 

Note: If only half of the VM's are loading for the day you searched, then you more than likely at some point you made another query search with some "Filters" functions enabled.
To fix this this just apply the Actioned date and time filter with "Ascending or Decending" depending on what you need.
